Up for auction is a Remington Lee Sporter chambered in 30-40 Krag (30 USA). The barrel measures in at 23 inches with sharp reflective rifling. The length of pull measures 13 inches. The rifle has been sporterized with a finely checkered stock, and super decorative buttplate. The rifles sights have also been replaced for a welded on adjustable rear peep sight. The rifle is unfortunately missing its magazine but this is pretty normal for the few remaining Remington Lees out there. Overall a great rifle for anyone who wants to get their hands on the rifle that inspired the famous British Lee Enfield SMLE rifle.
