How does it work?

To use the Gun-Planet.com platform, you must first register on our website. During the registration process, you will provide basic information such as your name, email, and phone number.
Complete profile: To buy items, sell, or ask questions about the items, your profile must be complete and approved. This means you need to provide detailed information about yourself, including a photo of your ID .

Posting an item

If you want to post an item, you can do so after completing your profile.
You must provide accurate and detailed information about the item, including its condition, brand, model, year of manufacture, and price. Items with prices above the market value or without documentation will not be allowed.
It is important to note that posting items on our platform is free for sellers. We only charge a commission once a successful sale is made. This ensures that our users can post and sell their items fairly without having to pay upfront.

Questions and Answers

Buyers with a complete profile may ask sellers questions through the application.
The exchange of personal information, including phone numbers, or arranging a meeting point will not be allowed. Any question or answer containing this information will be rejected, and the user’s account may be suspended.
Important: any question that is not answered by the seller within 5 days will result in the automatic suspension of the listing until the question is answered.

Making Offers

Users with a complete profile may submit offers on items with a published price above US$250.
Offers are valid for 24 hours from the moment they are submitted. Once that period expires, the offer is automatically removed.
Offers may only be submitted for amounts above 70% of the published price. For example, if an item is listed for US$1,000, the minimum offer will be US$700.
The user who submitted the offer may cancel it at any time, as long as it has not yet been accepted by the seller.
The seller receiving the offer may either accept or reject it. If no action is taken within 24 hours, the offer will be automatically deleted.
If the seller accepts the offer, a sales order will be created and the commission will be calculated based on the accepted offer amount, not on the original published price.

To buy an item, you must have a complete and approved profile. You can browse the various categories on our website and find the item you want. It is important to carefully read the item description to know its condition, brand, model, year of manufacture, and price.

Payment process

The payment method is agreed upon between the seller and the buyer and takes place outside the Gun-Planet website. Payment methods include: bank transfer, cash, or any other method agreed upon by both parties.

User Rating

Users on Gunplanet are rated from 1 to 5 stars, based on three factors: the speed in answering questions, the formality in transactions, and the number of products bought or sold. A higher rating reflects greater reliability, which builds more trust with potential buyers or sellers and improves the user’s reputation on the platform.

Commission

Once a purchase is made, our system will automatically share the buyer s contact information with the seller and vice versa.
Once the transaction is completed, the seller must pay the commission corresponding to Gun-Planet.
